Service Description

A steady paced one hour yoga flow class suitable for all levels. Please bring a towel and water. Start: 5.30pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Cancellations are accepted, please be mindful to remove a booking to allow new students to attend classes should you not be able to attend practice, can you give at least 3 hours notice for changes.
